Refund & Returns Policy

At JolSafer, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we make returns and refunds simple and hassle-free.

1. Returns

• You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

• Items must be unused, in the same condition that you received them, and in the original packaging.

• To start a return, please contact us at jolsafer@jolsafer.com with your order number and reason for return.

2. Refunds

• Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

• If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

• Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping may be deducted unless the return is due to our error (e.g., defective or wrong item).

3. Exchanges

• We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange, please email us.

4. Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned for safety and hygiene reasons (e.g., opened water filters, personal hydration items). Final sale and clearance items are also non-returnable.

 

Donation Policy

At JolSafer, our mission goes beyond business — every purchase contributes to the global effort for safer, cleaner water for every community and for the children.

1. How Donations Work

• A portion of our profits from every single purchase goes toward supporting trusted organizations that are working to bring clean, safe drinking water to kids and communities around the world. We are passionate about this cause, and we are grateful that your support allows us to contribute.

• We are inspired by UNICEF’s “Safe Water for Every Child” initiative and align with the United Nations Sustainable Development Goal 6 (Clean Water and Sanitation).

• While we are not officially affiliated with UNICEF, we support their vision and encourage customers to learn more about their mission.

2. Transparency

• We regularly update our community on the impact of contributions through our About Us page.

• Donations are made in lump sums (monthly or quarterly) to maximize efficiency and impact.

• Please note: Because our donations are made from our company’s profits, your purchase is not considered a tax-deductible charitable contribution.

3. Direct Donations

• Customers who wish to support us beyond purchases can use our “Support JolSafer” donation option at checkout.

• These contributions go directly toward JolSafer’s business operations and growth, helping us expand our mission of promoting safer water solutions worldwide.

• By supporting our operations, you help us reach more people, develop more impact-driven products, and increase the portion of profits we can allocate to global clean water initiatives.

 Disclaimer: Please note that direct donations are not tax-deductible, as JolSafer is not a registered nonprofit organization.

4. No Refunds on Donations

• Because direct donations are immediately allocated to JolSafer’s business operations to support growth and mission-related activities, donations are non-refundable.

• Once a donation is processed, it cannot be canceled or returned.

5. Changes to Donation Policy

• JolSafer reserves the right to modify the list of recipient organizations or donation percentages at any time, but we remain committed to our mission and transparency.
